Eric Andre Celebrates His Birthday with a Quinceañera, Catch the Live Stream This Weekend
Today is a special day indeed. In addition to being what would have been Maya Angelou’s ninetieth birthday, and the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s assassination, it’s also a special day in the life of our favorite ranch dressing revolutionary. That’s right, contrary to what some people might thing, Eric Andre is a mortal being and he ages just like the rest of us. Today, he turns 35, which means he’s old enough to run for president (now, that’s an idea). Of course, Adult Swim isn’t letting the occasion go by uncelebrated. This Saturday, April 7, the network will be live streaming Eric’s Quinceañera (aka birthday bash) at 9pm ET. We aren’t quite sure what’s in store, but if it’s anything like last year’s Bar Mitzvah, it promises to be pretty nuts. Check out some photos of Andre modeling his birthday suit below.
The ever outrageous The Eric Andre Show host has been doing a spot of travelling since his Eric Andre Does Paris special aired in February. With a beautiful new girlfriend in tow, Eric visited the Philippines and Israel. From the looks of his Instagram, they had quite a fun-filled trip.
As we countdown to Eric’s birthday party this Saturday, we continue to eagerly look forward to news concerning Matt Groening’s medieval animated series Disenchantment, which Eric lends his voice to, as well as some sort of announcement on the fate of The Eric Andre Show – to Season 5 or not Season 5, that is the question.
